Since 2016, After-School All-Stars, the nation’s largest school-based after-school program targeting middle school youth, has chosen The Dana Agency to handle all media relations and publicity efforts for its  annual charity poker tournament, All-In for All-Stars.

Every year, philanthropists, celebrities, pro-athletes and artists gather together for the exclusive event. Notable guests have included actor Tom Arnold, two-time NBA champion and 11-time NBA All-Star Chris Bosh and a multitude of legendary NBA Hall of Famers, including Ray Lewis, Shane Battier, Ray Allen and Alonzo Mourning.

Guests partake in a high-stake poker tournament and other casino games, while also enjoying dinner and live musical musical performances. Perhaps the most exciting part of the evening is the live auction, where extraordinary items and experiences like a one-of-a-kind $22,500 Swarovski basketball and an ultimate VIP Super Bowl 2020 experience have been successfully auctioned off for a good cause.

Funds raised at the annual All-In for All-Stars have benefitted the over 2,000 students served by After-School All-Stars South Florida, which provides comprehensive, school-based after-school programs for low-income youth in the most underserved neighborhoods in South Florida and around the country. Since its inception five years ago, the annual event has raised more than $3 million, enabling the charity to fulfill its mission of helping students succeed in school and life.

The Dana Agency successfully secured both pre and post-event coverage in notable national publications, such as USA Today, FOX Sports, Page Six, US Weekly, Life & Style, OK! Magazine and Radar Online as well as regional coverage including features in the Miami Herald, Sun Sentinel, CBS4 Miami, WSVN 7News, Brickell Magazine, Key Biscayne Magazine and Haute Living.
