Your Ultimate Guide to Miami Spice 2026

For 25 years, Miami Spice has given locals and visitors alike a reason to explore Greater Miami and Miami Beach’s incredible dining scene—and this year is no exception. Returning August 1 through September 30, the annual program features more than 200 participating restaurants offering curated three-course prix-fixe menus from some of the destination’s most celebrated chefs.

This year’s milestone anniversary introduces Miami Spice Reserve, a new premium tier featuring $95 prix-fixe menus that spotlight elevated ingredients and luxurious dining experiences at select restaurants. Diners can also enjoy $40 brunch and lunch menus along with $50 and $65 dinner options, making it easier than ever to discover a new favorite or revisit a longtime staple.

What’s New This Year

Da Angelino Cucina Italiana

Several restaurants are making their Miami Spice debut, offering diners even more reasons to venture beyond their usual favorites.

In Coconut Grove, Da Angelino Cucina Italiana joins the program with a $50 dinner menu that celebrates timeless Italian cooking. Located at CocoWalk, the restaurant pairs handmade pastas, fresh seafood and classic desserts with the warm, neighborhood feel that has made the Grove a dining destination.

Just steps away, Grand Public Kitchen & Bar also enters Miami Spice for the first time. Opened earlier this year, the all-day concept blends globally inspired cuisine with a polished yet approachable atmosphere, offering both lunch and dinner menus that showcase the restaurant’s chef-driven approach.

One of this year’s most anticipated newcomers is Vilebrequin La Plage at UNFRAMED, Autograph Collection. Marking both its Miami and Miami Spice debut, the French Riviera-inspired restaurant brings the luxury swimwear brand’s signature lifestyle to life through a $65 dinner menu featuring elegant coastal French cuisine, classic bistro favorites and sweeping rooftop views of Miami Beach.

Beyond Dinner

R House Wynwood

While dinner remains the centerpiece of Miami Spice, several restaurants are expanding the experience with brunch, lunch and the program’s new premium offerings.

At R House Wynwood, guests can enjoy one of Miami’s most popular Drag Brunch experiences alongside Miami Spice dinner menus that showcase the restaurant’s vibrant blend of dining and entertainment. Diners can also elevate their evening with upgraded menu options and bottomless cocktails, making it a destination for both food and festivities.

Inside the Michelin Key-recognized Betsy Hotel, LT South Beach is offering three distinct Miami Spice experiences: lunch, dinner and one of the city’s new Miami Spice Reserve menus. The premium offering highlights Chef Laurent Tourondel’s contemporary American cuisine with elevated dishes such as Wagyu Crispy Nigiri with Kaluga caviar, while the lunch and dinner menus feature seasonal ingredients and refined interpretations of familiar favorites.

On Lincoln Road, Oh! Mexico provides an easy stop for shoppers, beachgoers and visitors exploring Miami Beach. Available for both lunch and dinner, the restaurant’s Miami Spice menus showcase authentic Mexican favorites in a lively setting along one of the city’s most iconic pedestrian promenades.

Elevated Experiences

Uchi Miami

For those looking to splurge a little, several restaurants are using Miami Spice to showcase the signature experiences that have made them destination dining spots year-round.

In Wynwood, Uchi Miami presents a thoughtfully curated multicourse menu highlighting the restaurant’s celebrated nontraditional approach to Japanese cuisine. Guests can expect a progression of signature bites, sushi selections and inventive flavors that have helped establish Uchi as one of Miami’s premier dining destinations.

Just across the bay, Uchiko Miami Beach offers its own distinctive interpretation of modern Japanese cuisine with a menu centered around smoky flavors, hearth-grilled specialties and carefully crafted sushi. The intimate dinner experience provides a perfect introduction to the restaurant’s unique culinary style.

At Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, Donna Mare Italian Chophouse celebrates coastal Italian cuisine through a menu of handcrafted pastas, fresh seafood and comforting classics inspired by Italy’s seaside regions. Guests can round out the evening with signature desserts or optional wine pairings that complement the restaurant’s seasonal offerings.

Meanwhile, Delilah Miami offers an ideal opportunity to experience one of Brickell’s most sought-after supper clubs. Available Tuesday through Saturday, the Miami Spice menu features many of the restaurant’s signature dishes, giving diners an approachable introduction to Delilah’s glamorous atmosphere and modern take on classic American dining.
