Margarita Live at Palapa Miami

Objective

The Dana Agency was selected to promote a one-day only, immersive sensory journey experience, Margarita Live, an immersive experience conceived by Creative Director Don Alam Khan and actor and director René Lavan.

 

 

Approach

The ticketed event took place at PALAPA MIAMI, an open air venue in Miami’s Upper Buena Vista neighborhood and featured live musical performances as guests enjoyed various margarita creations specially crafted for this intimate experience. Margarita Live transported audience members to a world reminiscent of the 1930s and ’40s across the U.S. and Mexico border, where multiple live narratives begin to unfold.

Results

In less than two weeks, the agency secured several TV segments leading up to the event, airing on Telemundo and FOX Deco Drive, as well as several exclusive interviews with a variety of media outlets. Feature coverage appeared on outlets, including Ocean Drive, Miami Times, Newsbreak, Miami Artzine, The Luxury Guide, Miami Vibes, Art Bodega, Miami Living Magazine and Miami.com, plus social media features on Miami Vibes, The Miami Guide, Miami Date Nite and Venice Magazine Instagram pages. Overall, the agency garnered more than 17 million media impressions.
