As a client of The Dana Agency, BRAVA By Brad Kilgore welcomed Team USA to Miami after their historic gold medal win at the Bocuse d’Or (culinary Olympics) for a Gold Celebration Tour at the Adrienne Arsht Center’s John S. and James L. Knight Concert Hall.

Bocuse d’Or gold medal winner, Mathew Peters, and Assistant Coach Robert Sulatcky joined Miami’s most talented chefs, including Kilgore, Jeff Maxfield, Giorgio Rapicavoli, Seth Blumenthal, Jose Mendin, Diego Oka, Sean Brasel, Aaron Brooks, Manuel Echeverri, Gabriel Fenton, Craig Giunta and Soraya Kilgore, for a culinary showcase attended by more than one hundred of Miami’s die-hard gourmands.

Guests sampled bites from Miami’s most talented chefs while sipping on refreshing cocktails crafted by BRAVA’s Ricky Delva & Alter’s Gustavo Martinez. They enjoyed an eclectic mix of hip-hop and dance tunes by DJ Beach Boy Fresh.

The ment’or BKB foundation is a nonprofit led by Chefs Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller and Jérôme Bocuse. Funds raised at the successful event went toward educational grants and internships for culinary professionals through the continuing education program, the young chef and competition series that offer opportunities for them to further their careers and also toward the recruitment and training for Team USA in the prestigious biennial Bocuse d’Or competition, held in Lyon, France.
