MIAMI

Café Americano

What better place to spend Easter than with American comfort food? Café Americano, located on Ocean Drive and on Collins Avenue, offers guests American fare with a Latin twist. Swing by on Easter for an extremely delicious brunch featuring items like Carrot Cake French Toast ($17), three slices of thick cut brioche, griddled in spiced batter, carrot, raisin and pecan cream cheese filling and candied carrots; the classic All American Breakfast ($17), two eggs any style, choice of meat, house potatoes and choice of toast; the Breakfast Burrito ($18),  scrambled eggs, chorizo, bacon, cheddar, avocado, pico de gallo, roasted jalapeno cream and house potatoes; Huevos Rancheros ($18), crispy corn tortillas, two eggs any style, black beans, chorizo, ranchero salsa, cotija, avocado, colatro and pico de gallo; and Waffle ($15), house-made malted waffle topped with cofectioner’s sugar and whipped cream, add chocolate chips, banana, blueberry, strawberry or nutella for $4/each. Diya Sunset Harbour 

It’s a Laurent Perrier Easter at Diya Sunset Harbour this year. Guests can enjoy Sunday brunch while indulging in Laurent Perrier Brut Cuvée ($40) by the bottle. Guests can also indulge in a colorful array of flavorful vegetarian dishes such as the Tofu Scramble ($18) tofu “scrambled egg” with veggies and cheese; Palak Paneer ($18) stuffed with spinach and Indian cheese; and the Eggplant Burger ($18), which was featured in the 2020 South Beach Wine & Food Festival, and consists of crispy eggplant with housemade cheese, BBQ sauce, all served with masala spiced fries. Diya’s carefully crafted cocktails are available during brunch including the Oxaca Sunrise ($15) and Diya’s Gin n Tonic ($19), a house favorite. The family-owned modern vegetarian Indian restaurant, is the perfect destination to celebrate the holiday. Diya Sunset Harbour is open from 12PM-11PM on Sundays and brunch from 12PM-5PM.

EST.33 

Located on the fourth floor of Brickell City Centre, EST. 33 Thai Craft Brewery and Kitchen, brings Thailand inspired flavors, aromas and tastes to Miami.  Guests can now enjoy EST.33’s Asian flavors on the extensive covered outdoor patio and bar all weekend long. EST.33 features appetizer bites such as such as Beef Jerky ($12) topped with sweet and sour pickles; Cabbage and Corn Pot Stickers ($12) with bean sprouts and crispy lattice pastry; and Red Curry Crab Croquettes ($14), made with lump crab and red curry. Enjoy open fire grill staples including Chicken Thigh Satay ($12) served with tamarind peanut jam; Jumbo Shrimp Skewers ($22) with a tomato masamman glaze; and Grilled Salmon ($18), with tamarind sweet soy and mango salsa. Villa Azur

Enjoy a special Easter celebration at Villa Azur on Sunday, April 4th. Indulge in their special holiday dinner menu that includes a Truffled Egg ($18), truffle poached egg, with soft polenta, shitake mushroom and a mushroom sweet glaze; for the main course a pistachio crusted Half Rack of Lamb ($45), served with a port wine jus, risotto Verdi and topped with roasted pearl onions; and for dessert satisfy your chocolate cravings with Choux Trio ($14), the easter eggs bombons are a blend of dulce de leche, nutella and pistachio. Seasy

Now open in the heart of Coral Gables, Seasy is serving up healthy seaside Mediterranean fare and traditional Italian cuisine, ideal for a brunch date. Sweet Beach, a tropical pop up at the Shelborne hotel, presents an Easter Sunday brunch on April 4th from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Take a sip with $25 bottomless mimosas and eat a delicious $42 brunch in the oasis garden with a side of palm trees and sunshine. Beach Bar @ Newport Pier

Recently reopened this past December, Beach Bar @ Newport Pier is welcoming back guests to its waterfront brunch with panoramic views of Atlantic Ocean. Dade-County’s only pier restaurant offers a Florida coast-inspired menu featuring Chicken & Waffle Sliders, buttermilk fried chicken, bacon, and cayenne maple syrup; Florida Benedict, lobster, poached egg, English muffin and hollandaise sauce; Hangover Burger, potato fritter, fried egg, bacon and cheddar; Breakfast Tacos, scrambled eggs, chorizo, avocado, queso fresco and salsa rojo; B.E.A.T Sandwich, bacon, fried egg, avocado, tomato, mixed greens and blue cheese aioli; and Brioche French Toast, thick cut brioche, berry compote and maple syrup. To pair with the flavorful entrées, patrons can sip on freshly made fruit and vegetable juices, mimosas, and hand-crafted cocktails.  Liquid libations include the Beach Bar Bloody Mary with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Worcestershire, Tabasco, horseradish and fresh tomato juice, and the Mango Bellini with fresh mango and sparkling Prosecco.

Casa Sensei 

Everyone’s favorite Pan-Asian Latin fusion spot, Casa Sensei, is serving up an eclectic spread for Easter Sunday Brunch along the Himmarshee Canal. Guests can enjoy live music and indulge in Casa Spring Rolls ($8), four veggie spring rolls with a sweet chili “A la Casa” sauce as well as a Cotton Candy Margarita ($14) with tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice, Jones Cream Soda, orange liqueur, and cotton candy. Quarterdeck’s 17th Street, Davie and Sawgrass locations are taking Sunday Funday to the next level with a new delicious brunch menu from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests at the 17th Street location can enjoy outdoor dining on the expansive patio under the canopy of the Banyan tree with their furry companions. Brunch enthusiasts can sit back and sip on bottomless Mimosas and Bellinis for $15, $10 Bloody Marys and 1/2 off Rosé wines all day, every Sunday. Pair these boozy brunch cocktails with new savory and sweet breakfast classics such as the Chicken and Waffles ($13), Belgian waffle, honey butter, crispy fried chicken, maple syrup and candied pecans; Shrimp and Grits ($15), blackened shrimp, peppers, white cheddar grits, fried egg and toast; Sailor’s Breakfast ($9), two eggs, toast, bacon and turkey sausage; and Avocado Toast ($9), avocado purée and pumpkin seeds on ciabatta bread. The drink menu will include a refreshing lavender lemonade, the main menu will include a roast beef sandwich with truffle lemon aioli, gruyere and arugula on toasted baguette. To finish off with dessert, Bistro will serve carrot cake cupcakes.
