OBJECTIVE

Utilize a local ABC Action News segment on “Landless Real Estate” to pitch an investment trend story on our client Yacht Clubs of the Americas (YCOA) to national media in an effort to further increase brand awareness and boat slip sales at each of the company’s nine branded marinas.

IDEA / EVENT

When ABC Action News in Tampa reported that wet slips were prime waterfront real estate in Florida, our team of media relations experts swiftly responded to let potential buyers and investors know that YCOA was leading that trend and the company had been prominently featured in the high-profile, ABC news story.
Our agency capitalized on the regional real estate trend and utilized well-written press releases to send our client’s message out through the wire to garner national media coverage.

RESULT
